WHAT DOES A DETAILING TECHNICIAN DO?

A Detailing Technician is responsible for performing complete vehicle detailing services, covering both interior and exterior care. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of detailing products and equipment, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship and safety standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform full exterior detailing, including wash for detailing purposes, decontamination, polishing, and surface protection

• Perform interior detailing, including vacuuming, deep cleaning, stain removal, and surface treatment

• Operate professional detailing equipment such as polishers, vacuum extractors, steam cleaners, and related tools

• Apply detailing products according to standards (wax, sealants, coatings, dressings, and protectants)

• Follow safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines

• Inspect vehicles before and after detailing to ensure top-quality results

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment

• Deliver professional, friendly service to clients
